Dotson earns pair of fifth-place finishes in Super Late Model and Modified

Rolling into the home stretch with the tour, Ethan Dotson and the ASD Motorsports team checked into Humboldt (Kan.) Speedway on Friday afternoon for the first of two nights with the World of Outlaws Real American Beer Series.

Dotson qualified fourth-fastest in his group and finished third in his heat race which placed him on the sixth-row for the $12,000-to-win feature. Ethan drove forward and rounded out the Top-5 in fifth.

At 81 Speedway (Park City, Kan.) on Saturday, Ethan was involved in a heat race wreck and then retired early from the $20,000 feature to finish 24th. Dotson also competed in the Modified division that evening and came away with a fifth-place finish in the 20-lap main event.

Dotson is 10th in the Outlaw point standings.
